Bad Blogger~

I have soo not kept up with my blogging this week.. TERRIBLE.! work has been so crazy and I have had no time to really sit and write.. SOOOOO...
Last week's updates are really good..
I lost another 1.4lbs for a total of 9, since 12/1... I'm really happy about that and the loss has been steady...

My tracking for the week was awesome....
so I'm pleased.. Bought all my fresh fruit and veggies, almond milk, grains and protein for this week.. have my meals pretty much planned in my head.. My awesome salad for work.
And tonight, i eat steak...

the rest of the week..lol

little guy has bee sick.. So i havent been posting as much.. Also when work gets out of control, its even harder..!!!
so the food journal for the rest of the week mimiced mon and tues.. since i really like to eat that stuff

Weigh in this week was thursday and i was down 1.2.... awesome
6.6 since Dec 1st

Been really stressful with life and soon to be ex husband.. He is NOT helping me, but I am trucking on through because I am a survivor.. This too, shall pass :)

my salad may seem redundant, but i TOTALLY enjoy it.. so no harm, no foul.. the oatmeal is a work morning fav. I never eat it on the weekends....
But instead of 2, i eat one and a banana..
and i wont give up sugar in my coffee..

My Emotions today

My emotions are on an all time high today! I am super-stressed out with some things in life today and I am hoping to slowly sort through them.
I feel no matter what happens, I am emotionally stronger than anything and i can do this..
I need to feel focused. I want this too bad.
Matter of fact. I really really really want this, worse than i have ever wanted anything before.....

So my daily mantra to me is.. "I am able to overcome ANYTHING!"

And its true.. Look what i have been through.....

Sunday 1/17/11

Yesterday was a really awesome day overall..
Jaxon and I went to a friends son's christening and then I went with a friend for drinks at a nearby lounge to celebrate a contest that my friend Racheal was in..
I tracked all day- ate too much at the christening more because it wasnt as calculated as when i eat at home, but I am learning. I had the salmon and i did tast the penne vodka and a stuffed mushroonm, but i avoided the fried appetizers and tasted everything..
I still defintely overdid it, but i felt over full.. SO this is a good sign!!
I went over my points by 9 , but the 45 weekly points allow for such indulgences.. So i felt pretty good about that...
